When you use the Review Text feature in the system, you are able to see the details of each review and rating given using the Review/Rating report. The report can be run daily or using set of dates based on when the review was recorded.
The report is useful to see feedback from customers on their experience with your business. The review shows data on the following information:
- Booking Code and Customer
- Date/Time when customer left the review
- Rating that the customer gave of their experience
- If a review link was added to the Review Text settings, you can see if the customer clicked the review link
- Comments left by customers
You can click the View button for each customer review to see more details, too.
