Damages Report

If you use the Fleet Management feature to report issues and damages on your rentals, then you can run a Damages report view a history of All damage entries.

This report is very useful when managing your fleet, large or small, to keep track of any issues or damages of your rental inventory. The report can be downloaded and provided to service managers who assist with the care and maintenance of your fleet.

Important! In order to use this report and damage tracking feature, you must enable the Fleet Manager for your Resource(s).

To access the report:

  • Go to Reports - Damages

This report will show you the following data:

  • Resource Name
  • Open and Closed Issues
  • Severity of the Issue
  • Date/Time the issue was reported
  • Short description of the issue/damage
  • User that reported the issue
  • Order Code and Customer that was tied to the damage/issue (if issue was reported from the order)
  • Date and Time when the issue was closed
  • User that closed the issue

This report can be filtered by Open issues only or see All issues (Open and Closed) that have been reported in the system.

The report can be easily viewed on the screen, or select the Type option to download the report in the following formats:

  • PDF
  • CSV
  • Excel
  • HTML
