Adding Map & Directions to your Emails

You can add a section for directions and a link to a map in the auto-emails that your customers receive when they book.  Directions can be included in both the Confirmation and Reminders emails.

To add directions, go to Settings - Locations - select a Location to Edit.  

Select the Map & Directions tab.

Include text directions in the Directions box.

Include a link to a map, such as Google Maps in the Map URL field.

Save your changes.


Now when customizing the emails, you can enable the Directions option to show the link and the text directions.
