Every photo and video taken during check-in or check-out is saved in Check In/Out History for that booking. You can review, expand, and download images and videos anytime.
How to Access Media History
Go to the Check In tab in BookingCentral.
Select the All tab on that page to see completed check-ins and outs.
Find the booking you want and click History next to it.
Reviewing Photos & Videos
All captured media for both check-in and check-out will be listed.
You can click on any photo to expand it for a closer look.
Use the download button if you want a copy saved locally.
Tips:
✔ Use History during damage claims, audits, or customer inquiries.
✔ Staff can reference past photos to check recurring issues or patterns.
✔ Photos and Videos can also be seen on the Order from the Photo/Files section.
