Once photo/video angles have been configured in your Check In / Check Out settings, it's easy for your staff to capture visual documentation in the check in or check out flow.
During Check-In / Check-Out
Select the Check In (or Check Out) button for the booking.
Choose Upload Photos/Video from the Photo/Vide0s section on the form.
Use your device camera to take the photo/video, or upload from your device library.
Assign each image to the appropriate photo angle label (if enabled).
Continue until all required angles/media are captured.
Once you specify the angles, then during Check In (and Check Out), you'll be able to upload images of the rental unit and assign the correct photos angles.
- Select to Add Photos from Check In
- Take the photo or video from your device
- Assign the angle
- Continue to take additional photos/videos as needed
- Complete Check In to save photos/videos

Tips for Better Photos
📸 Use good lighting — natural daylight or bright overhead lights.
📸 Keep the subject centered and steady.
📸 For large units or walkthroughs, consider a short video then still photos for detail.
