CICO Example: Multi-Step Check In

This Check In / Check Out example is for rental operators that need to have multiple Check In options, such as an Office Check In and another Check In at the Dock.

The 2-step check ins are great for rental operators that have employees in the office that will go through part of the check in procedures including required documents, authorization and payments, and then the final check in on the dock with the rental to include photos and checklists. 

Office Check In

An Office Check In may include the following sections:

  • Rentals
  • Customer
  • Pre-Check In items: Waivers, Document Upload
  • Add-ons/Additional Charges
  • Damage Deposit Authorization
  • Payment

Dock Check In

Next, the Dock Check In may include the following sections:

  • Rentals

  • Checklist
  • Notes
