Assign Documents to Rentals & Activities
After creating a Digital Document, you'll need to assign it to the appropriate rental or activity.
Navigate to:
Settings → Rentals (or Tickets for tour operators)
Select your rental or activity.
Select the Waivers tab.
Assign one or more Digital Documents.
Once assigned, customers will automatically receive links to complete the required documents after booking.

Viewing Completed Documents
Completed Digital Documents are stored with each reservation.
To view them:
- Open the reservation.
- Navigate to the Documents section.
- Select the View icon.
The view option allows you to download the document if needed.
Manually Sending a Document Link
Each document has a shareable link available from:
Settings → Waivers & Agreements → Select Document → Link
This link can be emailed or shared directly.
Note: Documents completed using this standalone link are not automatically attached to a BookingCentral order.

Linking an Existing Document to an Order
If a customer completed a document that was not attached to an order:
- Open the order.
- Go to the Documents section.
- Select Search.
- Search for the customer.
- Select Add.
The completed document will now be associated with the reservation.
Digital Documents During Check-In
Signed Digital Documents are available during both web-based and mobile Check-In, allowing staff to quickly verify that all required documentation has been completed before the rental or activity begins.
