Viewing Bookings on the Dashboard with the Orders Widget

The Orders Widget on your dashboard provides a quick overview of bookings that need attention. It allows staff to see upcoming reservations, pending items, and operational tasks at a glance without opening each order.

You can customize which tabs appear so your team sees the most relevant booking information for daily operations.

You are able to configure what tabs you want to show on the orders widget using the steps below:

• From the Dashboard, select the Settings icon in the upper right.
• Select the Tabs button
• Use the + icon to choose the tabs you want to show. They will show in the Selected Tabs column.
• Options for viewing include:
  • Tab Style:
    • Plain: will show only the tab name  Ex:
    • Counters: Will show tab name and how many orders per tab Ex:
    • Solid Colors: will show all tabs outlined in a color Ex:
  • Hide tabs - check to only show tabs that have orders attached to it

It is recommended to only have no more than 8 tabs/tags on the Orders Widget.

Standard Tabs

The table below will describe the available tabs and the parameters for each.

Missing Waivers/Info	Shows all orders that have missing waivers or info (e.g. participant info or insurance upload).	n/a	30
Checked In	Shows all orders that have been checked in using the Check In feature.	30	30

VIP	Shows all orders that are marked as VIP. Note: this is a manual tag that can be added to the Order.	n/a	30
