How to Create QR codes

BookingCentral makes it easy to create QR codes that link directly to your website or booking pages.

How to Create a QR Code

1. Go to Settings
2. Select QR codes
3. Choose the QR code type
   • Website
   • Booking Link

Creating a Website QR Code

1. Select Website as the QR code type
2. Enter the full URL for your website or specific page
3. Select Next
4. Choose a QR code size:
   1. Small
   2. Medium
   3. Large
5. Select Download to save the QR code to your computer

Use this option to direct customers to your homepage, promotions page, or informational content.

Creating a Booking Link QR Code

1. Select Booking Link as the QR code type
2. Select a Location (if applicable)
3. Choose the Product (rental, tour or activity), then select Next
4. Select a Resource (optional - for use in BookingCentral App)
5. Choose a QR code size:
   1. Small
   2. Medium
   3. Large
6. Select Download to save the QR code to your computer

This option send customers directly into the booking flow for a specific product (and resource, if selected).

Using Your QR codes

You can create as many QR codes as needed. Use them:

• In printed marketing materials
• In your rental shop or office
• With concierge partners
• When sending booking links directly to customers

QR codes make it easier for customer to book--and easier for you to capture more reservations.
