Automatic Booking Text

When a new booking is made in the system, you can enable an automatic text message that gets sent to the customer with details about what they booked.

to enable this feature, go to Settings - SMS.

In the Order Text section, check "Send order text", and Save.


When a new booking is made via the online checkout or the backend, the phone number on file with the customer will received a text message with a link to their Order.


The message will indicate if the booking is a confirmed or pending order.

Customer will be able to click the link in their text message and view the Order Summary that includes:

  • Booking/Order Code
  • Booking Status
  • Rental/Activity
  • Date/Time
  • Rentals Price and additional charges fees
  • Payments made
  • Balance Due
