If you have Promotions setup in your account, you can share the all promotion details on the booking widget. This is a great option, so your customers will know what promotions are active and can be used when they book.

- How to show a promotion on the booking widget
- How to customize the promotions message
- How to enable the promotions display
Show a Promotion on the Booking Widget
To create and edit an existing promotion:
- Go to Settings - Promotions
- Select Add Promotion to create a new one OR select a promotion to edit
- On the setup page for the promotion, in the Booking Widget section, check the box to 'show this promotion in the booking widget.
Customize the Promotion Message and Settings
As shown in the above image, you are able to customize the information shown to customers regarding the promotions. Options for customization include:
- Until Date: This refers to the last date that this promotion will display to customers. If left blank, the promotion will show all the time. This is helpful if some promotions are only valid for a certain time frame.
- Description: Include details about the promotion to include the code and discount amount. This is important so your customers know how to proceed with the promotion and if it applies to their booking.
Enable the Promotions Display on the Booking Widget
There are two options for displaying promotions on the booking widget:
1. On the booking page for each rental/product
2. A dedicated Promotions tab in the top menu of the booking page
You can choose to show one or both of these options from the Settings.
To enable the Promotions page on the widget:
- Go to Settings - Web Sales
- Select the Advanced Settings Tab
- In the Promotions section, check the options:
If you enable both options for the online display, customers will see the promotions offered for that rental within the description on the product page and on the Promotions tab.
Promotion Details on Product Page - Customers can see the code details and proceed with the booking to input the code at checkout.
Promotion Details on Promotion tab - Customers can review all promotions offered, and select Book Now to proceed with their booking and use the appropriate code at checkout.
Important! The code will not auto-populate on the checkout page, so customers will need to enter the code in the Promotion Code field at checkout.
