If you have set up a batch of vouchers, created individual vouchers, or refunded a booking to a voucher, then you are able to search and view vouchers details from the system.
To do this:
- Go to Settings - Vouchers.
- In the Filter/Search field input the following options:
- Voucher code
- Batch name
- Customer name
- Customer email
Actions to take:
- View Utilization
- Select Edit to adjust settings (Memo, Expire Date)
- Void an Unredeemed Vouchers
